I like the hopefulness implied in your venture and the ways I can see that future Ladders and Lassiers can share accomplishments and lend encouragements to fellow netizens.  I am urging a "sustainable" effort in Birmingham, AL with the Green Resource Center for Alabama and invite Cool People Care of Nashville to exercise social networks to collaborate on some regional project that could spark imagination.
